Mukuyu Camp has six unique safari lodge chalets built using traditional materials. It lies hidden away in beautiful untouched forest, in the middle of a privately owned 1500 hectare game farm in Zambia. Newly weds will love the special honeymoon suite.

Only three hours drive from Lusaka, Zambia's capital city, Mukuyu Camp, built by local artisans, lies in miombo woodland abounding with a wide variety of bird and Zambian wildlife. Take advantage of the numerous activities on offer - from game drives and bird watching to canoeing and fishing on the rivers nearby. Careful attention has been given to the construction of the camp to ensure minimal effect on the environment and this is evident in the way the buildings blend beautifully into the surrounding bush. Nsobe Game Camp is about three Kilometres away on the same game farm.

Waking up in the morning to a herd of impala grazing around your chalet or enjoy a revitalizing shower in your outdoor bathroom - experiences you won't forget too quickly. Whilst built of natural materials, the camp is designed for absolute luxury as part of a genuine getaway.

As night falls you can spend the evening chatting around the campfire. In the morning enjoy your breakfast while watching the wildlife graze around the camp. In the afternoon cool down with a dip in the plunge pool next to the bar. The dining room and lounge make a relaxing place to enjoy your meals.

Mukuyu Camp makes an unusual wedding venue. After the event whilst guests are catered for in the camp, the newly weds can retire to the honeymoon suite, away from it all. The honeymoon suite is built on a rocky outcrop with a stunning view of the surrounding land for an unforgettable fairy tale experience in the African bush.

$150 per person per night - all inclusive, meals, drinks, activities.
$100 per person per night - full board, includes activities but no drinks (Min. Pax 4, Maximum 10, No split groups)
