Grey's Anatomy In Hot Water Over Firing

It looks like complications have arisen from a severe loss of jobs on Grey's Anatomy.

IATSE Local 80, the labor union that protects film and television crew members, has filed grievances against ABC Studios and Shondaland over the firings of two cameramen, a gaffer, and the grip crew.

The crew members were allegedly replaced AFTER reporting a "hostile work environment" (supposedly symptomatic of Director of Photography Herbert Davis) to Disney's Human Resources department.

If they were fired in retaliation for the complaint, the dismissal qualifies as wrongful, according to California and Federal law.

At least the crew just gets fired. When Grey's Anatomy cast members leave, they get crushed by planes!
