It’s Mampi, Tamara and Talia in Big Brother StarGame
It’s an all girls affair for Zambia in this season of Big Brother Africa dubbed Big Brother StarGame. The show opened last evening with two sets of housemates making their entrance, some more grand than others. The one set comprised of seven celebrities from seven countries who arrived first and entered their part of the house called Upville while the second set compromised of 14 couples (making 28 housemates) from different countries entered Downville.
In Upville, Zambia is represented by popular singer and head turner Mampi. A self described no-nonsense drama-lover who loves commotion, flirting and dancing, Mampi has some plans should she win the prize money. “If I win the $300 000, I will buy my dream house which is a really big house. I will also start a music school for the disabled so that they can showcase their talents,” she said.
In Downville, Zambia is represented by two Lusaka sisters Tamara and Talia. Tamara is a 27 year old musician who has entered the show for exposure, networking and of course the money! She says being on Big Brother with her sister has been a long-standing dream of theirs. She says she will entertain viewers with a lot of dancing, laughter and talking. Her younger sister Talia, aged 23, is a Graphic Designer and Musician. She describes herself as outgoing, free-spirited and spontaneous. She believes that she and her older sister are a great pair and their presence will bring controversy and great entertainment. If she wins the grand prize, Talia plans to invest in real estate as well as help her family and other people who have helped her.
