Satire: The gospel of Nervs

Satire: The gospel of Nervs

By the Liberators

I said he said ask and you shall receive,

I asked and the Not Coming I’m Coming arrived

I asked and I was Vice president

I asked and I wasn’t Vice president

I said he said knock and it will be opened

I knocked and the invisible party opened

I knocked and the door slammed on me in Congo

I knocked and the door shut in Canada

Then I said he said seek and you shall find

I sought to leave my flock and I did

I sought to lead the Not Coming I’m Coming, and I did

And I sought to lead the Invisible Party and now I do.

Praise, Amen!
