Law should take its course on the de-registration of MMD- Ng'oma.

Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) president Alex N'goma has observed that there is need for the law to take its course in the case involving the de- registration of the opposition MMD party.

Dr. Ngoma notes that one thing that need to be realized is that the due process of the law needs to be followed irrespective of who could be involved in the matter.

Dr. Ngoma adds it therefore right for chief registrar to seek legal redress through an appeal if he is not satisfied with the high court's ruling on the MMD de-registration case.

THE LUSAKA High COURT LUSAKA High Court on TUESDAY THREW out an application by the Chief Registrar of societies to de-register the Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) for non payment of annual returns amounting to K390 million.

But Mr. Andeleki told Qfm news that his department will contest the matter in the Supreme Court stating that he is greatly dissatisfied with Judge Kabuka's ruling.
